Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. In total, most orders reach you within 5 to 10 business days of ordering. Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during festivals or sales, or due to weather or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping, if available, is also shown at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders are processed and shipped in the same way as other orders.
Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.
If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, or you refuse the delivery, the order may be returned to us. A return or re-shipping charge may then apply.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at Order Tracking.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please email info@znaura.com with your Order ID.
8. Incorrect Address
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Znaura is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details. Re-shipping charges may apply.
