2. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to show product images and descriptions accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change prices or stock without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from us.
• Currently, orders can be placed with Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available on selected products and for selected pin codes, and this is shown on the product page and at checkout.
• For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the order details cannot be verified.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or place false or fraudulent orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Znaura name, logo, text and images, belongs to Znaura and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Znaura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
